INFORMATION:

This 36' Wood-Sheathed Ice Reefer with Modern Steel Underframe is painted box car red with orange sides and black lettering.  Wilson & Company built this car themselves in a company shop.  The company individually built and maintained each of their owned cars.  These cars were used to transport animal carcasses from their ten major slaughter houses.
