At this time, we have calculated shipping costs up to and including $500. Any purchases over this amount will require individual calculations to determine the cost of shipping and insurance. The shipping prices include: (i) a $2.00 handling fee for packaging, etc.; and (ii) insurance. Shipping rates are based on the use of Expedited Parcel Post (delivery 4 business days to most destinations in North America) which includes Delivery Confirmation and insurance. The breakdown of our shipping (including handling) is as follows:

We are not in the business of making money from our shipping, but only to recover our actual shipping costs. In the event that the cost of shipping is less than you paid, after taking into consideration the exchange rate on the date of shipping, you will be reimbused through PayPal on the difference for any amounts over $1.00.
If your shipment is valued at $100 or less and weighs less than 1 kg. (2.2 lbs), you may choose to have your shipment sent to you in: (i) Canada by Regular Parcel; or (ii) the United States by either Small Packet - US Air or Small Packet - US Surface, which is less expensive and includes insurance up to $100, but does not include Delivery Confirmation. Please send us an email for relevant postage rates. We are more than happy to accommodate your requests.
Subject to our discretion, we will ship worldwide.
We are not responsible for any country levies, customs or duties.
We will identify all true values on custom declarations. Please do not ask us to show "Gift Only No Commercial Value" on these documents.
We use CANADA POSTAL SERVICES for most of our shipments.
For a smaller portion of our shipments we may use courier services.
Unless advised otherwise, all items will be shipped from CANADA and shipping times do take longer than shipments within the US.
Shipping Insurance Coverage
For your protection and ours, all shipping rates include insurance for the value of the package.
Insurance Note: Filing an Insurance Claim with the Post Office in Canada is a very tedious, time consuming and frustrating job. Please keep in mind that if an insurance claim is made through Canada Post, refunds will only be made, and for the amount received from Canada Post, once the same is received from Canada Post.
