INFORMATION:

This 33' Twin Bay Hopper with Rib Sides is painted blue with yellow lettering.  The Louisville & Nashville was a Class I railroad that operated a freight and passenger service in the Southeast United States.  Chartered in the State of Kentucky in 1850, the road grew into one of the great success stories of American business.  Operating under one name continuously for 132 years and was nicknamed "The Old Reliable".  On December 29, 1982 Seaboard Coast Line Industries merged with the Louisville & Nashville Railroad to form the Seaboard System.
